These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from Candil Candle Studio via our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. 

2. Products and Availability 

All products are handmade, so slight variations in appearance may occur. We strive to keep our stock up-to-date, but availability is not guaranteed. 

3. Orders and Payment 

Orders are confirmed once payment is completed. We accept various secure payment methods. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. 

5. Returns and Exchanges 

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we only accept returns if the product is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. 

6. Intellectual Property 

All content on this site (including images, text, and designs) is the property of Candil Candle Studio and may not be used without permission. 

7. Liability 

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of our products. Always follow the candle safety instructions provided.
